If you have ever felt like you do not quite belong, or found yourself questioning who you are and where you are going, you are not alone.

I know that feeling well.

My Story

I grew up in Greece and later lived in Ethiopia before moving to the Netherlands. Being exposed to different cultures from a young age shaped the way I see the world, but it also left me searching for a sense of belonging.

For a long time, I struggled with self-doubt, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from myself.

I followed a path that I thought I was supposed to take, including a career that looked right on the outside, but internally I felt unfulfilled and unsure of who I really was.

Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change.

That is when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy.

Through RTT, I was able to uncover the beliefs that had been holding me back and begin to change them at a deeper level.

It allowed me to reconnect with myself, build confidence, and create a life that finally felt aligned with who I truly am.

Today, I use this approach to support others who feel stuck, disconnected, or held back by their own thoughts.

Whether you are navigating life in a new country or going through a personal transition, I help you create lasting change from within so you can feel more confident, connected, and at home within yourself.

If this resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out and take the first step.

I help people who feel stuck, disconnected, or like they do not quite belong build confidence, strengthen their self-trust, and overcome self-doubt.

I support you in releasing limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you, so you can move forward feeling more in control, more confident, and more like yourself again.

Using Rapid Transformational Therapy, we work at a deeper level to create lasting change, often more quickly than you might expect.
